The Casa da Alma is, above all, a place that invites everyone to be truly themselves.
Inspired and deeply touched by Yoga, meditation and all of the traditions that seek to awaken one’s consciousness, we feel one must stop and stand back from daily routines and problems, both in the social and family sphere to discover and express the truth and love that continually flows through us.
We have found our purpose amidst the Yoga sessions and meditation, courses and workshops, and trips to Bali and India.

Together we created this project, Casa da Alma, that was inspired by our daughters Alma and Oriana and all those who we came across in our day to day.
Jorge Saraiva
I am a Yoga, Meditation, and Holistic Therapy teacher. I have been practicing meditation regularly since 2006. With a broad perspective and understanding of the various cultures, I search for inspiration and motivation in every new encounter and moment not only to understand but mainly to live and share the Miracle of Life.
In embarking on the path to Yoga and Meditation, I realized that the search for oneself does not reside anywhere in the future or in an idyllic place, but rather that it is our true nature, and is present at every moment with every breath….opening the gateway to attaining one’s full potential. After my initial contact with the Oriental practices 20 years ago through the Martial arts, I developed a particular interest in its deeper dimension. This path led me to Yoga and other meditative traditions, having further deepened my path to transformation as a result of my trips to India, Nepal, Thailand, and Cambodia, where I participated in various courses and retreats. I have since then dedicated myself to sharing these practices and further deepening my mastery.

In the simplicity of each smile, I am what moves me happy.
Through Yoga, I have discovered that Life goes far beyond the paths that are laid out and that nothing is impossible we need only trust.
In 2008, I started my first Yoga training course at the Yoga Nataraja Studies Center, followed by a Yoga Training for children by Rainbow Kids of Yoga in 2011. In the same year, I did a training in Tibetan Bowls and Gongs according to the traditional methods of the Hymalayas.
I also had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in various Workshops and Courses, as well as in Trips to India over the years, learning and practicing with Masters of the tradition.
On my way, I came across Bali and there I found a source of inspiration for my practices. A few years ago, I also began the study of Vedanta, discovering a part of Yoga that I was not aware of until then.
The path of Yoga also led me to embrace a project in a therapeutic community.
We give Yoga Teacher training as well as organize various retreats in Portugal and also Yoga and Meditation trips to Bali and India.
